‣ Y1: Laying the ground (2017-18)
The first year aims at engaging all relevant stakeholders and producing the first set of principles for a “Good AI Society”.
‣ Y2: AI as an asset for society (2018-19)
The second year of the project will be dedicated to expanding the discussion on the principles to the public sphere, and engaging a wider range of stakeholders from civil society as well as the general public with the guidelines established in Year 1. This will be a crucial step in making AI4P an open and participatory process, increasing its societal impact and relevance for policymakers.
‣ Y3: Towards a good AI society (2019-20)
The third year of the project will be dedicated to the publication of the principles and guidelines for a ‘Good AI Society’, and the acceptance of these principles at societal, corporate, and regulatory levels.
